Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary English Teacher to inspire and guide young learners. The ideal candidate will create a supportive and engaging classroom environment while delivering a rigorous and innovative English language curriculum. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, prepare, and deliver dynamic English language lessons tailored to primary-level students. - Foster a love for reading, writing, and communication through creative teaching strategies. - Assess student progress regularly, providing feedback and support to meet individual needs. - Collaborate with colleagues to develop cross-curricular projects and activities. - Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages participation and engagement. - Integrate technology and multimedia resources to enhance language learning. - Support extracurricular programs, such as reading clubs, writing workshops, or school events. - Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and development. Qualifications and Experience: - Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, or a related field (Master’s preferred). - Teaching certification or license recognized internationally (e.g., PGCE, CELTA, or equivalent). - Minimum 2-3 years of experience teaching English to primary-aged students, preferably in an international school setting. - Familiarity with international curricula (Cambridge). - Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken. - Strong classroom management skills and a passion for working with young learner.
