Warehouse Coordinator

Key Responsibilities: • Responsible for maintaining healthy inventory level for spare parts and related products in the Branch’s warehouse. • Monitor stock aging, and provide periodic report to Regional Parts Manager. • Generate invoices for Parts Salesperson and walk-in customers. • Ensure Parts sales related documentations are done correctly, and retrievable during audit and stock checks. • Ensure warehouses/stores are well organized and inventory are stored systematically for ease of stock check and stock retrieval. • Ensure all inventories received by Branch are accounted for, and records of Branch’s stock are accurate in the system at all times. • Prevent stock outage, theft, pilferage and stock obsolescence by setting correct security measures for warehouse/stores , and do periodic stock check to ensure all inventory are accounted for. • Attend to walk in customer when necessary, and assist in Part Salesperson to answer queries when necessary. • Support Life Cycle Support Parts Department promotion activities in the Branch. • Adhere to parts pricing in the region set by Management, and ensure correct invoices are generated for customers. • Maintain a safe environment for in Warehouse and adhere to HCMM safety policies continuously. • Keep updated on new Parts knowledge announced by Life Cycle Support Parts Department.
