  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Subang Jaya (3 minutes walk from the LRT & BRT station)

Job Description:

  • Identify potential clients and businesses to target for our services.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business development goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and excellent service deliver.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Attend networking events, conferences, and industry meetings to promote the company's services and expand the client base.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to potential clients showcasing the company's capabilities and service.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or any related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and build rapport.
  • Ability to work independently, set priorities, and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills to overcome objections and close deals.
  • Knowledge of the industry trends, best practices, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software for managing client relationships and sales activities.
  • Willingness to travel within Subang Jaya and surrounding areas for client meetings and networking events.
