The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing conveyor line systems, providing technical support, and ensuring smooth project execution. This role requires strong technical knowledge in conveyor system design, electrical control, and project coordination. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Solution Design and Technical Support: • Design conveyor line layouts and electrical control logic systems for various projects. • Draft technical agreements and related documents to support project implementation. • Provide technical advice to customers and internal teams regarding system design and implementation. Project Coordination: • Coordinate project timelines and ensure smooth progression from design to implementation. • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and ensure the solution meets their specifications. • Provide hands-on electrical debugging and testing, under supervision, to ensure system functionality. Problem Solving and Troubleshooting: • Identify and resolve any technical or operational issues during the project lifecycle. • Respond promptly to challenges and provide quick solutions to keep projects on track. Collaboration and Communication: • Maintain effective communication with clients, ensuring project goals are met and customer satisfaction is achieved. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects. • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely procurement of materials and components. ________________________________________ Key Requirements Education: • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. Experience: • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the design, installation, or management of roller and conveyor line systems. • Experience in electrical debugging and project coordination is a plus. • Prior experience in related industries (e.g., logistics, manufacturing) will be an advantage. Skills and Competencies: • Strong understanding of conveyor systems, roller design, and electrical control logic. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficient in technical document drafting and project management software. • Problem-solving abilities and the capability to work under pressure. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Language Proficiency: • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required. Knowledge of Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.
