1. Prepare full set of accounts with accounting schedules and all financial reporting activities. 2. Ensure timely as well as accurate monthly closing and yearly closing of account. 3. Prepare financial analysis and update consolidation of accounts to ensure timely delivery of high quality and accurate financial data, determined by the management. 4. Preparing bank reconciliations, ageing report and Statement of Accounts. 5. Ensure invoices are recorded in accordance with company policy and generally accepted accounting principles. 6. Resolve purchase order, invoice, or payment discrepancies. 7. Communicate effectively with vendors and other employees to resolve payment processing issues in timely manner. 8. Liaise with auditor, tax agent, bankers, company secretary and other professionals. 9. To communicate with all levels for daily related tasks. 10. Supporting internal and external audit requirements 11. Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned. Job Requirements: * Minimum Diploma in Accounting certification (eg. LCCI) or its equivalent. * Degree holder in Accounting. * Working day : 5.5 day (Saturday alternate). * Computer literate, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft word. * Familiar in Autocount system will be an advantage. * Good team player and possess good working attitude, sense of responsibility. * Preferably speak and write in Mandarin candidate as per job requirement is required. * Preferably with experience in the FMCG industry.
