This role involves troubleshooting production issues, improving existing processes, and supporting the introduction of new technologies and equipment to enhance productivity and product quality.________________________________________ Key Responsibilities • Process Optimization and Improvement: o Analyze existing production processes to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. o Implement process modifications and improvements, working closely with production teams to ensure smooth integration. • Technology Implementation: o Research, evaluate, and recommend new technologies, equipment, and methods to improve production capabilities, with a focus on intelligent manufacturing. o Lead the setup and testing of new equipment, ensuring its functionality and compatibility with production goals. • Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: o Identify, diagnose, and resolve issues in production processes to minimize downtime and waste. o Work collaboratively with maintenance and production teams to implement solutions and improve equipment reliability. • Documentation and Reporting: o Create and maintain technical documentation, including process maps, SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and work instructions. o Provide regular reports on process improvements, production efficiency, and technology implementations. • Quality Control Support: o Support the quality control team by identifying and addressing process-related quality issues. o Ensure all processes comply with company quality standards and industry regulations. • Training and Support: o Train production staff on new processes, equipment, and technologies to ensure optimal usage and compliance with safety standards. o Provide technical support to production teams to enhance understanding and adherence to best practices. ________________________________________ Key Requirements Education: • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. Experience: • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in design engineering or product design, preferably in Intelligent Manufacturing. Skills and Competencies: • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CATIA). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. • Knowledge of engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes. • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Language Requirements: • Fluency in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
