This role involves organizing maintenance schedules, performing inspections, and providing hands-on support. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, leadership skills, and experience in troubleshooting and maintenance management.________________________________________ Key Responsibilities • Daily Maintenance Management: o Oversee the daily maintenance activities for all equipment and machinery, ensuring they run efficiently and safely. o Develop and implement maintenance schedules and preventive maintenance plans to maximize equipment lifespan and minimize downtime. • Team Leadership and Coordination: o Lead and assign tasks to the maintenance team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work. o Train and mentor team members, ensuring skill development and adherence to company standards. • Troubleshooting and Repair: o Diagnose and repair equipment issues, conducting troubleshooting to resolve faults quickly and effectively. o Maintain a record of common issues and solutions to improve the efficiency of troubleshooting in future incidents. • Quality and Safety Compliance: o Ensure all maintenance tasks are conducted according to safety and quality standards, maintaining a safe work environment. o Conduct regular safety inspections and promptly address any potential hazards identified in the workplace. • Documentation and Reporting: o Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including repair logs, equipment history, and preventive maintenance schedules. o Prepare and submit reports on equipment conditions, maintenance needs, and team performance to management. ________________________________________ Key Requirements Education: • Diploma or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. Experience: • Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role. Skills and Competencies: • Strong technical skills in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. • Excellent team leadership and communication skills, capable of coordinating and motivating team members. • Familiarity with safety standards and regulations related to maintenance work.
