To handle customer ICT problems - enquire, identify, analyse, troubleshoot and provide solutions to the problems. To record incident details and escalate calls when necessary to ensure that all service requests and inquiries are resolved and completed on time. To liaise with other support personnel to ensure the delivery of quality integrated service to customers. To handle customer complaints and feedback (collate and analyze incident details) and report to Supervisor. Certificate/Diploma in Computer Science/IT/Computer Studies or equivalent. Possess basic ICT skills and has strong communication skills. Able to work shift duties in accordance with the given schedule. Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia effectively. Able to respond quickly, decisively and accurately to customer enquiries. Possess a pleasant personality and strong interpersonal skills and is keen to interact and enjoy working with people. Able to work independently and in a team. Sound knowledge of the structure, policies, statutory functions and responsibilities of the Sarawak State Government will be an added advantage. Working experience in customer service or call centre will be an added advantage. Employment on a contract basis. Open to Sarawakian only.
