Qualifications:
1. Ph.D. degree from a domestic or international university, preferably under 35 years of age.
2. Major in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Energy and Power Engineering or related fields, with a strong familiarity with motor-related research. Candidates with experience in "Motor Control System Design" or "Motor Pumps" will be given priority.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Design and draft pump products, write technical documentation, and develop solutions; conduct research on control algorithms for BLDC/PMSM motor controllers;
2. Participate in or independently manage research projects, completing research tasks and producing high-quality papers or patent applications;
3. Prepare research proposals for the application of national and local postdoctoral funding or the National Natural Science Foundation.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: RM110,000.00 - RM130,000.00 per year
