Key Responsibilities:
- Cost Estimation and Budgeting:
- Prepare cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
- Analyze project specifications and drawings to determine material, labor, and equipment costs.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses.
- Tendering and Contract Administration:
- Prepare tender documents, contracts, and bills of quantities (BOQ).
- Evaluate and negotiate tenders from contractors and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
- Project Financial Management:
- Monitor project costs against budgets and identify potential cost overruns.
- Prepare regular financial reports, forecasts, and progress claims.
- Manage payment applications, variations, and final accounts.
- Risk Management:
- Identify and evaluate project risks, proposing cost-effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Site Visits and Inspections:
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and ensure work aligns with the budget and specifications.
- Provide cost advice on-site to resolve issues promptly.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain clear and effective communication to ensure smooth project execution.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
