About Us : My Heart Centre Sdn Bhd are specializing in cardiac services, and general physician work. Currently we are operating at “Klinik Pakar Jantung Dr Rahim” with 2 branch at Alor Star Kedah and Alam Impian Shah Alam. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional one stop services designed to identify potential heart-related issue to our patient and given them opportunity to take proactive steps towards maintaining their health. We're seeking a passionate Marketing & Sales to join our team and help drive both our marketing and sales efforts to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Care Planning: Develop individualized care plans based on patient assessments, incorporating evidence-based practices and considering patients' unique needs and preferences.
- Patient Education: Provide thorough education to patients and their families regarding cardiac conditions, treatment plans, medication management, lifestyle modifications, and self-care strategies.
- Medication Administration: Administer medications as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accuracy, safety, and adherence to medication protocols.
- Treatment and Procedures: performing cardiac procedures and treatments, such as electrocardiograms (ECGs), stress tests, echocardiograms, blood taking and administration medication.
- Monitoring and Evaluation: Monitor patients' cardiac status continuously, observing for changes in condition and responding promptly to emergent situations. Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and modify care plans as necessary.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including physicians, nurse practitioners, medical assistants, and other healthcare professionals, to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient assessments, care provided, treatment outcomes, and communication with healthcare team members.
- Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient care delivery, patient safety, and clinic efficiency.
- Compliance: Adhere to all regulatory standards, policies, and procedures governing patient care, including regulations, infection control protocols, and clinical practice guidelines.
