JOB DESCRIPTIONS:- 1. Assist part of the recruitment process, including job posting, interview scheduling and onboarding. 2. Responsible for the update and monitor of the employee’s attendance, leave/medical record in HR system. 3. Managing the physical file and the documents for the employee. 4. Handle the issuance of the HR correspondence, documents and memos. 5. Assist to implement and manage companies’ handbook, policies and SOPs. 6. Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the department manager from time to time. JOB REQUIREMENTS:- 1. Possess at least a Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, Business Admin or equivalent. 2. Diploma holder’s candidates will be considered if you have the relevant experience. 3. Good interpersonal and communication skills. 4. Can work under minimum supervision & maintain confidentiality. 5. Having basic IT knowledge will be an added advantage. 6. Proficiency in MS Office. 7. Preferably able to start work immediately or at short notice.
