Front-of-House Staff member is responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a welcoming and smooth experience for all guests and members.
This role involves direct interaction with members, booking of fitness classes, handling inquiries, and addressing any issues that arise.
- Welcome guests warmly and provide a friendly and professional first impression
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and effectively.
- Handle telephone and email communications as needed.
- Handle guest complaints or issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work environment.
Training will be provided to familiarize the candidate with specific company policies and procedures.
