Responsibility
- Perform the administrative functions for the purchasing task.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, order confirmations, and invoices, and follow up on the delivery status.
- Maintain an accurate record of PO & monitor outstanding orders from suppliers and ensure all requisitions are met.
- Assist in sourcing, negotiating, and recommending the best purchase package.
- Assist in inventory and stock check and record.
- Support the account department to make vouchers for closing, related to purchasing jobs.
- Engage with suppliers in domestic, closely monitor the orders, and make reporting to management.
- Other relevant duties as and when required.
Requirement
- Diploma, or advanced/higher/graduate diploma in any field.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Computer Literate: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Can communicate with all levels.
- Must be able to work with minimum supervision and as a team player.
- Positive working attitude, meticulousness, good communication, organizational and follow-up skills, ability to supply within a deadline, fast learner, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work in Jalan Sungai Besi.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
