Job Description:

  • To assist Accounts Executive in Trade/Non-trade Purchase order (PO) or without PO section in coordination of invoices verification from user department, delivery order from technical store and
  • Perform 3 ways matching before posting purchase invoice into accounting system,
  • To request banking detail from supplier & to coordinate with PIC for online banking template creation
  • Prepare payment voucher after performing all the checking.
  • Attending internal stakeholder request and supplier request on payment details and ensure all payment are process on time
  • To maintain proper documentation & filling.
  • Job Requirement:
  • Diploma in Accounting/Degree in finance & accounting or equivalent
  • Good command in both spoken and written English.
  • MS Office knowledge
  • Work location to be based in UOA Business Park, Shah Alam

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM700.00 - RM1,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
