Job description

Responsibilities:

Responsible to booking transport as per customer request.
To support customer, find additional truck request for exceptional case.
To find replacement truck if existing truck breakdown or transporter unable to support replacement truck.
Provide truck details to operation in advance for smooth loading.
To closely follow up all delivery with transporter and update delivery status to customer time to time.
To ensure immediately investigate if there is any issue during delivery and update to customer or transporter by email.
To ensure update transporter tracker and forward to transporter on month end to verify.
To ensure selling and buying rate, monitor transport margin for each delivery update accurately in transport billing report folder.
To follow up and ensure all transporters submit invoices within the same month for checking and verify.
To verify transport invoice before summitted to finance department.
Update all delivery status in TMS if required in future.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least SPM or above
At least 3 years working experience in relevant fields.
Special Knowledge in a Transport Management System and ISO 9001:2015 Management System.
Good interpersonal skills, self-driven individual and can work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in MS office, especially advanced in Excel (Vlookup)
