Land Surveyor

1. To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the QESH management system. 2. To conduct measurement, land dimension and support project activities. 3. To determine precise location and measurements of points, elevation lines, areas and contours for all construction or infrastructure works. 4. To conduct land surveys in order to establish legal boundaries of land titles. 5. Preparation of all data, charts, plots, maps, records and documents related to land surveys. 6. Keeps accurate notes, records or any survey measurements record to certify work performed. 7. Coordinates findings with work of engineering and architectural personnel, clients and others concerned with the project. 8. To ensure that all works carried out are in accordance to the drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures, work instructions, etc. 9. To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior. 10. Identify and understand the ESH Policy and Objective at work place. 11. Ensure that the way work is done in safe and does not affect others. 12. Complying with the laws, regulations of ESH at work place. 13. To comply with any instruction or measure on occupational safety and health by the superior. 14. Use process approach and risk-based thinking. 15. Ensuring that the QESHMS achieves its intended results.
