Requirements

  • Candidate with a minimum of Diploma level qualification and above
  • No experience required. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
  • Applicants is required to be local Malaysian nationality.
  • Candidate is required to be fluent in Bahasa Indonesia & English (read, speak and type)
  • Applicant must be willing to work on 9am to 6pm on Monday to Friday and Alternate week Saturday working on 9am to 6pm
  • Applicant would be willing to work based in office: Petaling Jaya
  • Applicants who are able to join immediately would be an advantage

Responsibility

  • Handling all inbound calls and livechat pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company's products.
  • Able to handle outbound calls if necessary
  • To exceed customers expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information and upselling of product and services wherever necessary
  • Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA
