Requirements
- Candidate with a minimum of Diploma level qualification and above
- No experience required. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Applicants is required to be local Malaysian nationality.
- Candidate is required to be fluent in Bahasa Indonesia & English (read, speak and type)
- Applicant must be willing to work on 9am to 6pm on Monday to Friday and Alternate week Saturday working on 9am to 6pm
- Applicant would be willing to work based in office: Petaling Jaya
- Applicants who are able to join immediately would be an advantage
Responsibility
- Handling all inbound calls and livechat pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company's products.
- Able to handle outbound calls if necessary
- To exceed customers expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information and upselling of product and services wherever necessary
- Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA
