Job Description: • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data • Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams Requirements: • Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role. • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls). • Track record of achieving sales quotas. • Good communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to deliver engaging presentations. • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent. • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. • Required Skill(s): MS Excell, Power point, Communication skills, Direct Marketing, Market Research, Marketing, Negotiation Skills, Sales, Sales Reporting, Telemarketing • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
