Operation Executive We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operation Executive to join our team. This role involves managing daily operations and ensuring efficient workflows within the company. Responsibilities • Manage and resolve technical problems across all branches. • Perform runner duties as required. • Oversee and manage licensing for the company. • Monitor construction or repair projects handled by third parties. • Manage and record operations petty cash transactions. • Review and update the operational SOP for franchise purposes. • Update SOPs as requested by management. • Perform any ad hoc tasks assigned by management. Qualifications • Diploma or Degree in any field. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an operational role (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply). • Ability to start immediately or within a short notice period. • Preferably possesses own transportation. • Excellent computer skills. • Strong customer service and communication skills. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
