Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage and execute customer-centric Go-To-Market plans – online and offline.
- Collaborate with Product team, Data team, Sales team or any key stakeholders to develop strategy to identify and drive new product initiative for customers.
- Plan, manage and execute effective & timely Go-To-Market plans.
- Monitoring campaign performances and proactively review improvement strategy.
- Marketing Opportunity Analysis - Capture market trends and customers’ need to capture opportunities in growth
- Assist in the monitoring, identifying and recommendation of areas for improvement in customer satisfaction, challenges, or reduction of customer drop-off
- Tracking daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement
- Reporting campaign and media KPIS to management on regular basis through various dashboards
- Develop and implement experiments with Data to test hypothesis for which changes will drive product adoption and growth
- Deep understanding of funnels, ecosystems, advertiser behaviors to identify opportunities in growth
- Have relevant technical skills in CRM, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, HTML, SEM, SEO optimization
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in B2C or B2B marketing.
- Result-oriented team player who can work independently with minimal supervision.
- Meticulous, self-initiated, strong project management skills.
