Job Scope:

  • Develop and oversee maintenance schedules for the operations team, ensuring tasks are completed promptly and adhere to SOP.
  • Monitor team resource allocation, ensuring balanced workloads across all team members.
  • Provide training, supervision and motivation to the operation team, fostering a culture of discipline and collaboration
  • Manage day- to day maintenance operations, including task scheduling, work prioritization, and resource management.
  • Respond promptly to any chair breakdowns to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate closely with Operation Manager to formulate and implement effective maintenance strategies.

Requirement:

  • Be on standby during weekends, ensuring that the maintenance team adheres to established SOP.
  • Able to supervise others well and possess good communication skills.
  • 3 to 5 years working experiences in manage maintenance would be an added advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing operational issues.

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday (9am-6pm)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
