Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to handle various personnel-related administrative tasks and support the HR department. The role involves managing foreign worker matters, overseeing document submissions, handling maintenance schedules, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage foreign worker-related matters, including passports, permits, bank accounts, and FOMEMA medical check-ups.
- Handle procurement and distribution of stationery and refreshment items for departments.
- Maintain staff uniforms, ID badge cards, and company vehicle hygiene.
- Arrange maintenance for office facilities and manage vehicle road tax, insurance, and permit renewals.
- Assist in document submissions to SOCSO, KWSP, LHDN, and other agencies.
- Serve as a backup driver for the director when needed.
- Perform ad hoc tasks and maintain workplace safety awareness.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM qualification; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent time management, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills are essential.
- Experience in basic maintenance skills.
- Proactive, independent, and a team player with good problem-solving abilities.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
