  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

  • Supervise and manage daily branch operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with internal SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
  • Oversee cash handling, remittance transactions, and record-keeping.

Regulatory Compliance:

  • Ensure branch adherence to AML/CFT regulations and transaction monitoring requirements.
  • Monitor staff compliance with KYC, CDD, and EDD protocols.

Staff Supervision & Training:

  • Lead, mentor, and train branch staff on compliance and operational procedures.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in branch management, preferably in MSB or financial sectors.
  • Strong understanding of AML/CFT laws and BNM regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
