Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Protege Administrative. The Protege Administrative will provide essential support to our team and help ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel logistics.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.
  • Maintain inventory and place orders as necessary to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices, expense reports, and reimbursements.
  • Manage filing systems, both electronic and physical, to ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping.
  • Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management or team members.
  • Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Perform general office duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and eagerness to take on new challenges.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate

Contract length: 12 months

Salary: RM2,000.00 month
