Responsibilities: - Handle daily accounting tasks: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and general accounting. - Prepare monthly expense claims. - Maintain proper filing and documentation systems. - Ensure accurate monthly closing and report preparation. - Liaise with auditors, customers, and external parties as required. - Perform daily data entry and maintain up-to-date records in the accounting system. - Check, validate, and match all received documents. - Ensure proper storage and organization of financial records. - Carry out additional duties assigned by the Superior. Requirements: Qualifications: - LCCI or equivalent certification. - Knowledge of basic accounting principles. Skills: - Proficiency in SQL accounting software and MS Excel. - Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills. - Good communication and problem-solving abilities. Experience: - 1–2 years of relevant experience.
