Attend product or services training provided by the client or team.
Provide product or services training and coaching to the Live Host.
Well acknowledged with the project direction, objectives and desired outcome.

Well understand the selling point of the product or services.
Review, oversee and quality control all content and script created by the Live Host.
Review, oversee and quality control all the livestream project flow to ensure it is in accordance with the project requirement.
Prepare and arrange a Live Host working schedule.
Monitor to ensure livestream reminder or live event is set as per scheduled.
Work and communicate closely with the Live Host and Production team.
Attend ad-hoc jobs when assigned.

Production

Monitor and ensure Live Host set up the studio with all the equipment before the livestream.
Monitor and ensure the internet connection is stable at all times throughout the livestream period.
Monitor and ensure the livestream video is at high quality at all times.
Assist Live Host to deliver and manage live broadcasts through various online media platforms.
Assisting Live Host on each session rundown, promote and sell products or services according to the content and script.
Monitor, ensure and manage the livestream session and durations is on the right track.
Gather feedback from the audience during the livestream and notify Live Host to address all the questions or concerns effectively.
Operate channel management system during the livestream.
Forecast and manage product inventory
Ensure Live Host provides effective interactions between the audience and broadcasters during the live streaming.
Verbal interaction
Messages / text interaction (if necessary)
Assist Live Host on handling messages / text interaction.
Handle and manage any live stream situations that occur.

Post-Production

Prepare and deliver reports to Livestream Strategist after the livestream.
Sales report
Engagement report etc.
Provide finding and insight of the livestream performance.
Calculate the commission entitlement by each affiliate after the end of the livestream.

Team Sourcing

Involve and assist in sourcing for new Livestream Host and Affiliate Marketer.
Engage and liaise with shortlisted Livestream Host and Affiliate Marketer for project collaboration.
Livestream Host and Affiliate Marketer management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
