Senior Consultant (Oracle PL/SQL)

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY • Work on Project Management System, play an important role as the project team member managing all task which involved Oracle PL/SQL programming. • Work as an Oracle PL/SQL developer under IT Project Services, supporting client and committed to Service Level Agreements. • Participate in the project roll-out that located China & Indonesia. • Participates in application enhancements and projects creation. Design, build, configure, test and roll-out application enhancements and projects, according to agreed deliverables and deadlines. • Demonstrate ideas and share the technical skills applying to business needs. MAIN TASKS • Customer focus oriented by ensuring Project Management System delivered and meeting business needs and expectations. • Escalate incidents and problems, while actively retaining ownership of the incident on behalf of the customer. • Evaluate application change requests for fixes and enhancements with adherence to Corporate IT policies, guidelines, and procedures. • Promote good practice of system source validation, versioning control and promotion during system enhancement/ new development. • Capable of work independently within the subject matter expertise to identify the root-cause, and determine the possible solutions to customer. • Promote good teamwork and share ideas in problem resolution. • Establish strong working relationships and understanding between the Project Management System team members, Server team, Help Desk team and other support teams. • Pro-active to deliverable based on assignment and the given timelines. • Capable of maintaining good documentation or user guide for Project Implementation or Change Request. • Maintain good communication and capable of conducting end users training during project implementation or new enhancement. • To pick up Project Management System functional module knowledge upon training provided that give advantage to the daily support. REQUIREMENTS: • Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. • With 5 years and above of experiences in developing Oracle PL/ SQL Programming, Forms and Reports & Crystal Report development. • Must-Have Experience in: 1. Oracle PL/SQL Programming 2. Oracle Forms and Reports 3. Oracle BIR/ APEX development 4. Microsoft Windows Server 2016 – 2019 • Experienced in Crystal Report and Classic ASP will be a plus • Completed at least 5 full software development life cycle (SDLC). • Ability to analyze problems and provide clear solutions • Expected to travel (mostly Indonesia, China, Singapore), if required.
