Working Hour: 8:15am-6:00pm (Monday-Friday)
Requirements:
- Minimum education: SPM or Diploma
- Have experience in related field is a plus.
- Computer skills
- Able to communicate in BM and English
- Fresh graduate is eligible to apply
Responsibility:
- Answer incoming customer calls
- Manage billing issues, product problems, service question and general client concerns.
- Filing document and receipt payment.
- Escalate any warehouse operation issues to superior.
- Order and stock supplies, including maintaining inventory and organizing warehouse.
- Process stock return and ensure physical returned quantity is accurate.
- Check driver’s daily delivery summary.
- Inspects all orders being received and shipped, checking for damage, defective parts, and missing items.
- Performs all other related duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.
