Secondary School Teacher (KSSM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans that align with the KSSM syllabus.
• Foster a supportive, interactive and inclusive learning environment for students.
• Evaluate student performance through assessments, projects, and assignments then providing constructive feedback and support.
• Engage in continuous professional growth and school community activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and teaching strategies.
• Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field of subject applied.
• Teaching certification (if applicable) and relevant experience in teaching at the secondary level.
• Experience in teaching KSSM (must know how to prepare lesson plan).
• Strong understanding of the KSSM syllabus and educational standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students.
• Proficiency in using technology to enhance teaching and learning.
