• Identify strategic partners or locations for outlet expansion of MAB Shoppe in line with the organization promotions and growth target. • Propose profitable business development plans for management review and approval. • Generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services. • Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the fundraising and public relation department. • Responsible for leasing activities across Malaysia. • Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained. • Familiarizing with all potential products and services offered by MAB and promoting to the public in order to increase revenue. • Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients. • Identify strategic partners for road show of reflex, handicraft products and promotional items of the organisation • Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes. Requirement : • Diploma and/or Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, business administration or related/applicable area • At least 2 or more years of relevant working experience • Good communication skills, written, verbal, negotiation, networking, and presentation skills • Good problem solving, and matured thought process skills • Strong teamwork, interpersonal skills, and time management • PC skills to include Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) • Good organization, time management and scheduling skills • Ability to multitask and extensive sales experience. • Professional yet affable disposition, neat, well-groomed appearance
