Working for "bb.q Chicken Restaurant Franchise company" as an operation executive or assistant manager.
Perform tasks focused on enhancing customer satisfaction, driving sales growth, and managing operations across all "bbq Chicken" outlets.
① Manage operations across outlets, ensuring SOP, health, and safety compliance.
② Maintain product quality standards across all outlets.
③ Lead store managers to achieve sales and performance targets.
④ Implement training for staff on customer service, operations, and new store setups.
⑤ Address customer feedback promptly to boost satisfaction.
⑥ Optimize inventory levels across stores.
⑦ Communicate effectively with franchisees, resolving requests and concerns.
⑧ Marketing for promotions, campaigns, and new openings.
⑨ Ensure regulatory compliance through regular audits.
⑩ Track and report sales performance on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual basis.
⑪ Support growth by assisting with setup, training, and operations for new store openings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in F&B operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, POS software.
- Must be Diligent and Responsible
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with franchise management or multi-store operations.
- Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English; knowledge of Korean is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
