Medical Sales Specialist

This is a full-time role for a Medical Device Sales Specialist based in Johor Bahru.
The Sales Specialist will be responsible for selling a wide range of medical products, focus on wards, operation theatres, nephrology, urology, radiology, surgical, hematology, A&E dept etc. The role involves promoting and demonstrating medical devices, providing product information and managing sales operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Meeting the minimum monthly sales target assigned
• Work with customers to gather information for tenders and Quotation.
• To quote the customer as requested.
• To update all activities, report and sales forecast in Weekly Activity Report/other software.
• To submit fortnightly sales forecast to Sales Manager and coordinate delivery.
• Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products.
• Work with Sales Manager/Sales Team Leader in achieving the Group Sales target assigned.
• Meet with potential clients to determine their needs.
• Preparing and developing presentations to explain our company's products or services to customers.
• Discussing equipment needs and system requirements with customers and engineers.
• Collaborating with Sales Manager on promotions and marketing ideas.
• Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales, and arranging deliveries.
• Identifying new products to market.
• Helping customers who have problems with installed products and recommending improved or upgraded materials and machinery.
• Soliciting and logging client feedback and evaluating the data to create new sales and marketing strategies to target customers.
• Identifying areas for improvement and communicating these issues as well as possible solutions to Team Leader/ Sales Manager.
• Training and coaching new sales members on the aspects of the company's products and services.

Qualifications

• Medical Sales and Sales skills
• Experience in selling medical devices and fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand and convey product information effectively
• Willing to learn and adapt with new environment
• Must possess valid driving license and transport

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
