Job description

  • Working includes Shifts (Weekend and Public Holiday)
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of technology products and services to Agents.
  • Record issues in HelpDesk System
  • Communicate the Issues to the technician
  • Generate daily, weekly, monthly management reports
  • Manage multiple areas of technology and multiple departments.
  • Preparation and management of operating and capital budgets.
  • Manage internal/external application upgrades.
  • Manage external vendor’s relationships and services.
  • Complete all assigned tasks within the given time frame, the task includes on-site and off-site mechanical and electrical & Software/Hardware work. Especially during critical time, e.g. deployment period, able to work and response even after Service Operation hours and/or weekend and public holiday whenever required.
  • Must be fast responding to support and attending to the case after call, email or instruction received.
  • Able to explain the cause of a certain problem arises and able to explain the reason for the solution applied either permanently or temporarily.

Job Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess or currently pursuing in Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic or equivalent
  • Must be able to speak Fluently Bahasa and English
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Bangsar South
  • Applicants must be willing to work on shift hour.
  • Must have Call Centre Experience
  • Must have IT Experience
