Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site surveys and investigations to assess loss events, establish relevant facts, and evaluate causation, nature, and extent of damage.
  • Analyze policy terms to determine liability and provide clear advice on policy coverage.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive, timely reports of findings to clients, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
  • Address queries from clients, intermediaries, policyholders, and third parties with urgency and professionalism.
  • Coordinate effectively with external experts, third-party providers, contractors, and other relevant parties.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Insurance, Risk Management, or any related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in loss adjusting, insurance, or related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills to handle a variety of tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey technical findings effectively.
  • Analytical and solution-oriented mindset to evaluate information, identify issues, and develop effective solutions.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
