  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  5. Click JavaScript.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Establishment of BIM standard, library and process.

  • Develop and implement BIM standards and library for the department and company
  • Streamline BIM standards into existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Update BIM standards and processes as needed.

Ensuring efficiency of BIM data management for respective projects.

  • Oversee the management of BIM data, ensuring its accuracy, project coordination, etc.
  • Maintain consistency and quality iof the product output

Stakeholder support.

  • Act as the main reference point for BIM-related.
  • Coordinating BIM related matter with project consultants.
  • Provide BIM-related insights, analysis, and reports to support decision-making by stakeholders.

Provide assistance to Project team in related to BIM matters.

  • Assist the project team in all BIM matters, offering technical support where needed.
  • Establishment of BIM standard and library.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • 4 -7 years in property development industries.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil / Structural /Construction Engineering etc.
  • Able to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and writing skills in English.
  • Technical Skills using BIM modelling, Building design code, BIM Standard, Civil and Structural Design.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
