The Role:
As a Sales Executive at RumaValet, your primary responsibility will be to offer expert consultations on furnishing interior space and provide guidance on optimizing property returns. Our goal is to help property investors to have a hassle free mind knowing their asset is being designed and furnish strategically to be able to get above average returns. You play a pivotal role in building and nurturing a community of satisfied customers who share our vision and values. Training will be provided prior engaging with our clients. Candidates who have at least one year of experience in sales consultant & administrative roles is preferred.
What You’ll Do:
A. Enlighten homeowners about the significance of making their units fully furnished.
B. Offer strategic recommendations to enhance the rentability of the client's property.
C. Conduct a thorough analysis of the surrounding areas of the property.
D. Develop space planning, cost estimates, and quotations for homeowners.
E. Stay aware of industry trends, home renovation practices, and innovative interior solutions.
F. Communicate, follow up and process client orders.(end to end)
G. Generate sales report and maintain sales record
Who You Are:
1. Client servicing experience preferred!
2. Background or interest in interior design/styling, home furnishing, and property/real estate
3. Fluency in English is a must!
4. Results-driven and high level of accountability
5. Great time management and multitasking skills
6. Proficient with Microsoft Office
7. Strong knowledge of sales performance metrics and KPIs
8. Able to prioritize work and succeed under deadlines
