As a Business Development Executive, your main objective is to drive B2B sales revenue, build genuine connections with our clients and partners and, contribute to the sales strategy for our house of brands portfolio.
We are seeking a team of commercial team members who thrive in a fast-paced environment and who have experience in the distribution industry.
Duties & Responsibility
- -Drive Sales Lead Generation: Identify and build up the sales pipeline for new business opportunities with clients, strategic partners and distribution channels. -Client Account Management: Build and maintain relationship with new and existing clients and partners. Understand the business needs, preferences and pain points and deliver compelling product and services. -Negotiation & Closing: Lead the conversation on negotiate terms, pricing and contracts with clients and partners. Convert lead into sales by resolving clients concerns and guide them into the purchasing process. -Market Research and Analysis: Stay current on industry trends, competitor actitivies and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for improvement. -KPI Monitoring and Reporting: Set and monitor key performance indicators, sales metrics, and provide insights through regular reports to guide decision-making and strategy refinement.
Job Requirements
- -Minimum 2 years experience in related roles & consumer brands industry -Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. -Strong sales acumen, negotiation, and closing skills with a focus on delivering results. -Willingness to travel as needed -Preferably in the distribution of consumer brands and the FMCG industry. -Self-starter, ability to work and thrive within a fast-paced, culturally diverse, and evolving environment. -Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects with successful outcomes. -Ability to lead within a matrix organization, integrating complex multifunctional efforts across multiple business areas
