Key Responsibilities:

  • Global Compensation Strategy: Lead the development and execution of compensation frameworks across multiple countries, ensuring alignment with both local market trends and broader business objectives.
  • Comprehensive Compensation Planning: Design and implement competitive compensation structures that encompass base salary, performance-based pay, and employee benefits.
  • Job Evaluation & Analysis: Conduct thorough job analyses to evaluate roles, ensuring alignment with appropriate compensation levels and internal equity.
  • Market Benchmarking: Continuously assess compensation trends to ensure competitive positioning in the market, adjusting strategies to reflect industry standards.

Key Knowledge & Skills:

  • Commercial Insight: A strong understanding of how compensation decisions impact business outcomes, employee satisfaction, and retention.
  • Global Compensation Expertise: Experience in managing compensation programs across diverse international markets, with a preference for BPO or similar sectors.
  • Quantitative & Financial Acumen: In-depth knowledge of compensation analytics, financial modelling, and variable pay structures.
  • Effective Communication & Decision-Making: Ability to clearly communicate complex compensation strategies to both senior leadership and employees, while supporting data-driven decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven background in managing Compensation & Benefits within the BPO or Finance industries.
  • Experience in developing and managing both fixed and variable pay structures tailored to organizational performance objectives.
