Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, foster strong relationships with clients, and contribute to the company’s growth. This role involves strategic planning, market research, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand client needs and present tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
3. Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
4. Market Research:
- Analyze market trends, competition, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis.
5. Negotiation & Closing Deals:
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
- Ensure timely closure of deals and proper follow-up on deliverables.
6. Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, operations) to align business development efforts with company goals.
- Communicate client feedback to relevant teams to improve products or services.
7. Reporting:
- Track and report on business development activities, performance metrics, and results.
Qualifications:
1. Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role (fresh graduates are welcome to apply!!).
3. Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
4. Traits:

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,000.01 per month
