Job Duties:

  • Customer Support: Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or live chat, ensuring timely resolution of issues and maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, or service configuration, guiding customers through step-by-step solutions.
  • Issue Escalation: Escalate unresolved technical problems to relevant departments or engineers while ensuring effective communication with customers throughout the process.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services, as well as industry trends, to assist customers more effectively.
  • Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the company’s ticketing system.

Qualification

Education: At least SPM , or Diploma graduate.

Experience: Fresh grads are welcome to apply
