Are you organized, customer-focused, and ready to grow with us? We're looking for a dedicated Sales Admin to support our sales operations and deliver excellent customer service.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle sales inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
- Process sales orders, invoices, and quotations accurately.
- Maintain and update sales records and customer databases.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic POS systems.
- Previous experience in sales or admin is a plus!
