Job Scope
Graphic Design
- Create engaging marketing materials, including property listings, brochures, social media graphics, email templates, and presentations
- Collaborate with the Channel Manager to produce high-quality visual content that aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with prospective property buyers and renters.
- Customize design elements to enhance property listings, adding value with well-crafted images, floor plans, and visually appealing layouts.
- Keep up-to-date with design trends relevant to the real estate industry to ensure materials remain modern and competitive.
Project Administration
- Provide administrative support to the Channel Manager by coordinating projects, managing timelines, and handling communications with clients and stakeholders.
- Provide admin support by preparing ads to post, marketing via mailchimp, info packs and updating stock and price lists.
- Organize project workflows, ensuring that all deliverables are on track and deadlines are met.
- Maintain organized project documentation, track updates, and prepare progress reports and briefs in both Mandarin and English.
Channel Support
- Assist the Channel Manager in developing and executing strategies for property marketing across digital and print channels.
- Help manage content calendars, upload listings to property websites, and assist in the execution of promotional campaigns in English & Mandarin-speaking markets.
Requirements
- Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design skills, preferably within real estate, marketing, or related industries. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Familiar with Mailchimp and any other e-marketing platforms.
- Basic project management experience with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with real estate marketing, property listings, and/or online property platforms is an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages with a customer-service mindset.
- Course in Graphic Design, Marketing, Real Estate, Communications, or a related field, and 2+ years of experience in graphic design and project administration.

Pay: From RM3,200.00 per month
