PURCHASE EXECUTIVE (SKUDAI) (Non-Halal F&B Industry)

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Ensure the timely ordering of the day-to-day requisitions
• Maintain complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system
• Responsible for preparation and process purchase orders, and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Source for suppliers based on competitive cost, quality, delivery performance
• Negotiate for best purchasing package (in terms of quality, price, term delivery and service) with suppliers
• Maintain and build relations with new and existing suppliers
• Monitor and co-ordinate deliveries of items between suppliers and ensures timely delivery of goods
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 2 or 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Experience in food manufacturing procurement will be added advantage
• Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing
• Able to work at TAMAN UNIVERSITI, SKUDAI
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, 中文
• Prefer Mandarin-speaking candidates (华人为佳)
• Working hour: 8.30am - 5.30pm (Mon-Fri); 8.30am - 1.00pm (Sat - Alternate)
