JOB DESCRIPTIONS:-
- Assist part of the recruitment process, including job posting, interview scheduling and onboarding.
- Responsible for the update and monitor of the employee’s attendance, leave/medical record in HR system.
- Managing the physical file and the documents for the employee.
- Handle the issuance of the HR correspondence, documents and memos.
- Assist to implement and manage companies’ handbook, policies and SOPs.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the department manager from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:-
- Possess at least a Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, Business Admin or equivalent.
- Diploma holder’s candidates will be considered if you have the relevant experience.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Can work under minimum supervision & maintain confidentiality.
- Having basic IT knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Preferably able to start work immediately or at short notice.
Job Type: Full-time
