- Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal / external clients.
- Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence.
- Handle requests and queries appropriately.
- Issue Delivery Order, Invoice and Credit Note.
- Arrange lorry schedule to ensure customer order deliver on time.
- Organizes workload, sets priorities and works within deadlines.
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary / Secondary School / SPM / 'O' level, Higher Secondary/ STPM / 'A Level / Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, any field.
- Fresh graduate are welcome.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
- Computer skills – using appropriate computer skills and knowledge, ranging from data entry to systems analysis, to achieve work goals.
- Team Skills – being able to work collaboratively with others in a participative management environment; working independently as well as working on a team.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and basic knowledge of SQL accounting system
- Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures.
- 5 and half working day per week
- Salary: RM4000-5000 per month
