JR68416 Manager, NAND Reliability Test Program Development (Evergreen)

This is an outstanding opportunity to join Micron as a Manager - NVE PE, Reliability Test Program Development, where you will be at the forefront of driving our NAND Reliability Test program development and delivery. Based in Batu Kawan, you will have the chance to implement confirmed strategies that ensure outstanding execution aextraordinaryass performance in our NAND memory Reliability activities. You will be technically determined to identify risks ahead and efficiently implement resolutions.

Your role will span across multiple NAND Technology starting from New Production Introduction (NPI), and High Volume Manufacturing (HVM) and expected to interlock with multiple teams to deliver reliability analysis report delivered on time. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including FAB, Design, PE, GQ, and BU to ensure smooth and successful delivery of our reliability analysis and align with our bold goals.

Responsibilities

  • Reliability Test Program Coding Team Manager to lead, develop and mentor team of coding engineers at MMP
  • Scale the entire Coding and Test Development Life Cycle process at MMP and scale the TMs technically
  • Coach, Mentor and Provide career development to TMs, and build a state of art coding team
  • Improve/Enhance Test Development processes with good understanding of NAND from New Product Introduction to High Volume Manufacturing and related flows for reliability test execution
  • Drive execution efficiency improvement through AI/ML/Automation across coding teams
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams like NRA, ULR, TD to understand the reliability test flows in detail and align on the schedule and delivery timelines with zero re-work and defects
  • Creating detailed project presentations and timelines and checking and solving code throughout the design/development/release process
  • Creating strategies for new code architecture and applications and Communicating plans and supervising a development team in the creation of Test Program and related UT framework

People Management

AI/ML/Automation Expectation

  • Experience in statistical modeling, feature extraction and analysis, and various supervised/unsupervised/semi-supervised learning methods.
  • Ability to extract data from different databases via SQL and other query languages and apply data cleansing techniques.
  • Proficiency in software development and industrialized projects.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience or willingness to learn machine learning and other sophisticated analytical methods.
  • Proficiency in Python, R, pySpark, Hadoop, Teradata, Tensorflow, SSIS, ETL, Javascript, AngularJS 2.0, and Tableau.
  • Experience with time-series data, images, semi-supervised learning, and MES or equivalent experience is a plus.

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Science or Engineering.
  • Demonstrated ability in product planning within a sophisticated technology company.
  • Deep understanding of NAND or other memory product planning from Development to NPI, HVM, and End of Life. Excellent Reliability related abilities
  • Strong desire to drive and get results on time to meet company priorities
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills in multi-functional environments.
  • Consistent record to make data-driven decisions in sophisticated situations.
  • Diligence in following plans with adaptability to new conditions.
