Job Description:
• Answer all incoming calls promptly and channel their enquiries to the correct personnel/ department.
• Greet, deliver accurate information, and provide efficient service to walk-in customers.
• Ensure security and crowd control at the front desk.
• Escalate customers enquiries to Service Manager when needed.
• Provide excellent customer service handling, ensuring high customer satisfaction
• Schedule appointments with customers
• Manage the complaint correspondence from the customers
• Performs administrative and clerical support tasks.
• Performs basic filing and recordkeeping.
• Perform other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time by the Management
Requirement/Skill
• Willing to work on any work schedules - Shift hour or rotating work schedules
• Able to start Immediately
• Location: 1Utama Shopping Mall
• Both Fresh graduates and experienced applicants are welcome to apply (Training Provided)
• Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Able to communicate effectively in English and Malay (written and spoken) or other dialects (Mandarin is a plus)
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
