Job Description:-Customer Service
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting meats, poultry, and seafood based on their needs and preferences.
- Provide information on meat cuts, cooking methods, storage, and recipes.
- Take customer orders and ensure timely and accurate fulfilment.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.
Meat Preparation
- Cut, trim, debone, grind, and portion meats to specification using knives, saws, grinders, or other tools.
- Prepare special cuts or custom orders as requested by customers.
- Package and label products accurately with pricing and weight information. Quality Control and Stock Management
- Monitor the quality and freshness of products, removing expired or damaged items.
- Maintain inventory by restocking shelves and displays as needed. Merchandise handling must be maintained at all times.
- Coordinate with suppliers to receive fresh deliveries and ensure proper storage of products.
Hygiene and Safety
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards to maintain a clean work environment.
- Properly clean and sanitize equipment, tools, and surfaces after use.
- Adhere to workplace safety protocols to prevent accidents or injuries.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with other team members in the meat department to ensure efficient operations.
