  • Manage the full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (G/L).
  • Conduct monthly bank reconciliations, monthly financial analysis, daily cheque issuance, and daily collection tracking.
  • Prepare and submit accurate management reports in adherence to deadlines.
  • Assist superiors as needed and support in decision-making processes.
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments and responsibilities as required to meet organizational needs.
  • Manage daily accounting operations, including accurate recording and systematic filing of financial documents.
  • At least 1-2 years experience in a related field.
  • Aggressive and committed to work.
  • Positive working attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Good personality and positive working attitude, responsible, self-disciplined and dedicated to work.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Able to start immediately or within short notice.
